Salad Pizza

Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees

Place pre-rolled pizza dough onto parchment paper and press with fingers

Brush with a mixture of extra virgin olive oil that has been mixed with fresh garlic and Italian seasoning

Sprinkle with fresh chopped Buffalo Mozzarella

Bake until melted, bubbly and crust is brown

Toss arugula, watercress, thinly sliced red onion and grape tomatoes with T.Lish Sweet Garlic

When pizza is ready, top with salad mixture

Slice and serve
